The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of ordering, the special conditions of sale set out below and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.

These general conditions of sale shall prevail over all general conditions and / or all other documents issued by the customer. iProfEducation.com reserves the right to modify them at any time. The version in force on the date of the order will be that applicable to the relationship between iProfEducation.com and the customer.

If one or more clauses of these general conditions of sale were declared null or considered as such by virtue of a law, a regulation or a decision of final justice, the other clauses would remain applicable and would retain their scope.

Access to the dematerialized product and its use are reserved for customers who have created an account on the online store and made payment if the product is chargeable.

The dematerialized products offered for sale by iProfEducation.com are those presented on the site. Photos, graphics and product descriptions are provided for information only and are not contractual.

Prices

The prices appearing on the site are in euros including VAT. An electronic invoice is available in the order history on the store. iProfEducation.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The price appearing on the site at the time of the order will be the only one applicable to the Customer.

Orders

Automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order.

iProfEducation.com will confirm to the customer the acceptance of his order by sending a confirmation message to the email address that the latter has communicated. The sale will not be concluded until the sending of the said order confirmation.

iProfEducation.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer, in particular in the event of the insolvency of said customer or in the event of a default in payment for the order concerned or a dispute relating to payment from a previous order.

The mentions indicated by the customer, when entering the information inherent to his order, bind the latter. iProfEducation.com cannot be held responsible for errors made by the Client.

Payment

The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by iProfEducation.com.

The price of the products is payable in cash by one of the means of payment offered on the site at the time of the order.

The order validated by the customer will only be considered effective when the secure bank payment center has given its agreement to the transaction.

Delivery

Virtual products are delivered via web links to the corresponding files.

Upon receipt of payment for the order, these links are available:

• by email received at the email address that the customer has registered in his account.
• in the order history that is in the customer’s account in the online store.

Download links are valid for 90 days from the date of payment for the order. After this period, you will no longer be able to enter the procession of your articles, because the links will be out of date.

Retraction

The right of retraction does not apply in the context of virtual products which are downloadable directly from websites.

Personal information

All your personal data will only be used to process your orders and will never be disclosed to a third party.

In accordance with the Law on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to rectify, consult, modify and delete the data communicated.

Intellectual property

All images, exercises, materials and offered on the iProfEducation.com site are reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property.

Litigation

These general conditions of use are governed by Cameroonian law and any conflict arising must be resolved in accordance with Cameroonian law before the competent court.

In case of translation of the general conditions of sale, only the French version is valid.

iProfEducation.com virtual products are original creations which as such are protected in Cameroon by intellectual property regulations as well as abroad by international conventions on copyright.

By using iProfEducation.com virtual products, Customers agree to comply with intellectual property regulations as well as, more particularly, the following conditions of use (non-exhaustive list):

• do not copy, sell, assign free of charge, transfer, exchange, in any form whatsoever, in any capacity, by any means whatsoever, all or part of the dematerialized products.
• do not print all or part of the dematerialized products for commercial purposes.
